The site, there were no issues like yours but doesn't mean it's not valid.Īn alternate to using the link is the following button in the IDE menu bar. You have not done everything right that is a different story. Now thatĭoes not help you that my issue was resolved (and there were 55 followers on the issue which meant it was valid) but the point being is sometimes if you have done everything right (which I assume you have) then it's time to report the problem. I had an issue with unit test, reported it and was asked to try it with 15.6 and yes it fixed the issue. They are always reactive to problems reported e.g. So with Power Pack installed, they are seen in your toolbox and there is a reference to the library for the current version and you are still having issues please consider reporting All the forms that do not work now were working fine before the reinstall of Win 10 and Visual Studio.

As is the norm, I didn't give enough information. Besides, if I just get a proof that it is redistributable, then all this trouble is saved (I can simply package it and my users dont have any action). Thanks for the reply. Although this sounds straight forward, my users will not find it easy because its not straight forward for them. The only option remains is, don't package the DLL and ask my product user to go to download link, and install it themselves. So basically i have no proof from Microsoft that this dll can be redistributed. The post mentions '' link, this link is not opening. Unless i show a substantial proof from Microsoft, my organization will not allow me to redistribute this DLL/package to customer. This particular thing is not written anywhere. I want a substantial post from Microsoft that says the download package it self can be packaged as part of my product, OR the DLL can be shipped directly (as a re-distributable). As mentioned before, I don't need the DLL or the download package, but a proof, whether the DLL can be redistributed. Really Appreciate the help you are providing.
